Inspired by the popular Harriet Bloomers, the Harper Skirt features Victorian style cotton lace detailing, an enclosed elasticated drawstring waist and pockets. The Harper skirt, longer in length than the Harriet Bloomers, is made from a light, soft and sheer cotton voile that feels beautiful on the skin. With the sheerness of the stunning cotton voile in mind, it is a lovely piece to layer over the Imogen and Camille Slips or under skirts and dresses to create elegant whimsy.
